Your adventure begins in the evening from Delhi or Haridwar, as you board with your group. Travel overnight through the scenic mountain highways, leaving behind the city lights and heading into the heart of the Garhwal Himalayas. Enjoy the relaxed, group-friendly journey with halts for dinner and tea en route.

By morning, pass through towns like Rishikesh, Devprayag, Srinagar, Rudraprayag, and Karnaprayag, all situated along the majestic Ganga and Alaknanda rivers. After a full day’s drive of approximately 10–11 hours, reach Joshimath or Govindghat, the gateway to your trek. Check-in at a hotel or guesthouse and relax for the night, acclimatizing to the mountain air.

At dawn we depart from Joshimath to Gobindghat, from there we switch to local transfers to get to Pulna - the starting point of the trek. Trek along a well-marked trail beside the Pushpawati River, surrounded by pine forests, waterfalls, and serene Himalayan views. Reach Ghangaria, the charming base village for the Valley of Flowers and Hemkund Sahib. Overnight stay at a guesthouse.

Today is the highlight of the trip as you trek to the Valley of Flowers, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The 4 km hike from Ghangaria opens into a breathtaking expanse of vibrant wildflowers, misty mountains, and gurgling streams. Spend time exploring the meadows before returning to Ghangaria for the night.

Prepare for a challenging yet deeply rewarding trek to Hemkund Sahib, one of the world’s highest Sikh shrines at 4,329 meters. The 6 km uphill route offers panoramic views and spiritual serenity. After visiting the Gurudwara and taking in the peaceful surroundings of the glacial lake, descend back to Ghangaria for overnight stay.

Begin your descent to Pulna, completing the 10 km downhill trek. Your Tempo Traveller will be waiting at Gobindghat to take you back to Joshimath. Check-in at your hotel, rest, and enjoy your final night in the Himalayan foothills.
